What we do

A small studio. A specific market.

Auto Shift Media is a software studio focused on one customer: the independent auto repair shop. The 230,000 American shops that repair the cars on most streets, almost none of which run on tools designed for the way they actually work.

We build for that customer with the constraints they live inside: limited IT budgets, no in-house technologists, customers who reach them by phone and text, not portal logins. The result is software that stays out of the way and earns its place.
